Hatha Yoga Classes in Reading

Hi, I’m Sharon

I teach Hatha Yoga with a focus on the connection of mind, body and breath.

When I came to yoga I was stressed, burnt out, not sleeping and with a list of physical ailments as long as my arm. Through the regular practice of yoga I finally found somewhere my mind could be quiet for a while, then I found that I was becoming stronger, more toned, sleeping better and regaining my enthusiasm for life.

Why Yoga?

The focus on static postures aligned to breathing has many health benefits.

Hatha Yoga involves breath, body and mind and is a slower class than a Vinyasa or Ashtanga class.

Where can I attend a class?

All of our classes are currently taking place online meaning you can attend from anywhere from in the world. You can normally attend our Hatha Yoga classes at locations throughout Reading, Wokingham, Newbury and Bracknell.

If you really aren’t sure about joining a class, then I would be very happy to do a few private sessions with you in our yoga studio in Reading until you feel more comfortable. Just drop me an email or call me and we can talk through what would work best for you.
