It’s such an exciting time of year! I love the Springtime, with all the flowers starting to bud and the birds singing in the trees and this year feels even better because I can start to run classes... with people... again! I’ve missed human interaction and I’m sure I’m not the only one, so just being able to spend some time in the fresh air with you will be fantastic.
From 12th April, I will be starting to run outdoor hatha yoga classes. I’m sure you are wondering what that will look like, where it will be etc so here are some details:
For my group classes, I have a lovely long garden with plenty of space for us all to spread out on our mats. I also have shelter if it’s a little drizzly or if it’s too sunny. There is side access from the driveway straight into the garden.
Classes will run in Spencers Wood on Thursdays at 12pm for an hour, so if you fancy a revitalizing break from work or if your energy is starting to flag, why not come along and give it a go? I’d love to see you there!
Alternatively, if you prefer the idea of one to one sessions and you have access to suitable outdoor space then we can arrange them at a location that suits you best.
And of course, my zoom classes will still be continuing!
I look forward to seeing you soon!
