Lunchtime Mobility
I offer a fully rounded mobility class to ease out the aches of the morning and release tension held in our wrists, neck, shoulders and back. These classes will be held via Zoom.

When: Tuesday at 12:30pm

Morning Energise Yoga
Spend an hour with me and we will focus on mobilising the body, strengthening and stretching whilst being mindful of our breathing and body alignment. When the weather allows we will also practice outside to fully reap the benefits of nature, in person at Stratfield Saye Village Hall in Reading.
When: Wednesday at 11am

Relax, Replenish, Revive
A 45 min class combining breathing techniques (Pranayama), stretching poses and meditation to leave you feeling strong, stretched and revived. These classes will be held via Zoom.

Rejuvenate Outdoors
Join me outside at Stratfield Saye Village Hall to relax, rejuvenate and regain energy as you experience the pleasure of practicing yoga and meditation outside. A one hour class focused on centring and aligning body, mind and breath and designed to help you to bring more balance and calm into your life.
When: Wednesday at 2pm

Join my 30 minute taster yoga session
Are you new to yoga and would love to give it a try? Or have you been suffering from stress, tension or aching neck, back or shoulders?
Whatever your reason, on Friday 28th May at 5pm I will be holding a free 30 minute yoga class to stretch and mobilise all your muscles and joints. This session will be held via Zoom and is perfect for beginners to yoga and also those who regularly attend my classes. We will end with some meditation to calm the mind and get you set up for the weekend!

Providing this information will help to make sure you have a safe practice. In most cases, yoga asanas (postures) can be adapted or excluded to make sure any condition you may have is not aggravated by your practice.
