Online Yoga Classes & Corporate Yoga with RohoYoga

Relax, Replenish, Revive

A 45 min class combining breathing techniques (Pranayama), stretching poses and meditation to leave you feeling strong, stretched and revived. These classes will be held via Zoom.

When: Wednesday at 6pm

Duration: 45 minutes

Price: £8 per class or sign up to 6 classes for £45.

Morning Energise Yoga

Spend an hour with me and we will focus on mobilising the body, strengthening and stretching whilst being mindful of our breathing and body alignment. When the weather allows we will also practice outside to fully reap the benefits of nature, in person at Stratfield Saye Village Hall in Reading.

When: Wednesday at 11am

Duration: 60 minutes

Price: £8 per class or sign up to 6 classes for £45.

Classes start from the 1st September.

Lunchtime Mobility

I offer a fully rounded mobility class to ease out the aches of the morning and release tension held in our wrists, neck, shoulders and back. These classes will be held via Zoom.

When: Tuesday at 12:30pm

Duration: 30 minutes

Price: £5 per class or sign up to 6 classes for £25

Classes start from the 1st September.

Rejuvenate Outdoors

Join me outside at Stratfield Saye Village Hall to relax, rejuvenate and regain energy as you experience the pleasure of practicing yoga and meditation outside. A one hour class focused on centring and aligning body, mind and breath and designed to help you to bring more balance and calm into your life.

When: Wednesday at 2pm

Duration: 60 minutes

Pre Class/Workshop Health Questionnaire

Please complete all the questions on this form and either email it to me before attending your first class or workshop or bring it with you to your first class/ workshop. If you have any problems printing it, then do let me know and I will send you a paper copy.

Providing this information will help to make sure you have a safe practice. In most cases, yoga asanas (postures) can be adapted or excluded to make sure any condition you may have is not aggravated by your practice.

All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be retained securely.
